3M™ All Purpose Sealant Primer P591 is a black, one-part formulation that helps improve adhesion of polyurethane and hybrid adhesive sealants. As versatile as it is effective, this primer works as well on substrates like metal, glass, plastics, wood and concrete as it does on acrylics, polycarbonate and polyester substrates. This primer is a low viscosity adhesion promoter designed for use with the 3M™ Polyurethane Adhesives/Sealants 500 Series and 3M™ Silane Modified Polymer Adhesive Sealants 700 Series, as well as the 3M™ Polyurethane Glass Adhesive Sealant 590 with or without 3M™ Adhesion Promoter AP596.

For optimum performance, use with 3M™ Adhesive Sealants 550 and 590 on typical substrates like fiberglass, PVC, polycarbonate, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled steel and glass.
