The 3M™ Accuspray™ Atomising Head for PPS™ Series 2.0 is an approved 3M replacement part to use with any 3M™ Accuspray™ Replaceable Nozzle Series Spray Gun. This product is only to be used with the 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 items.

Designed to provide the ideal atomisation for a wide range of spray coatings, 3M™ Accuspray™ Atomising Head for PPS™ Series 2.0 are an integral part of our 3M™ Accuspray™ Spray Gun system. These replaceable, reusable atomising heads are incrementally sized for ideal atomisation, whether you’re applying low-viscosity coatings such as waterborne, solvent basecoat paint, or higher-viscosity coatings such automotive primers or adhesives. These heads are easily cleaned and reused, or can be quickly removed and replaced for the performance of a new spray gun on demand. Further benefits include optimised primer consumption, lower application time and less time for cleanup, plus a better finish which results in less sanding time. Each replaceable atomising head is molded from clear plastic so technicians can easily see when the head is clean to reduce cleanup times.
