Use the 3M™ Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun Kit as solution that contains all of the components you need to use our Accuspray™ ONE system – a HVLP spray gun system that allows for professional-grade application of paint, primer and other fluids with virtually no cleaning and no maintenance kits. The Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun features a lightweight, composite body that is molded in one piece, eliminating the complexity, wear and cleaning of small parts and pieces like gaskets, seals and O-rings. A full selection of replaceable atomizing heads includes 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm diameters for applying fluids from very low-viscosity waterborne basecoats to thick undercoatings and sealants. These transparent nozzles can be reused 5-10 times in the spray gun, and then simply removed and replaced. This affords the performance of a brand new spray gun, on demand and at a fraction of the price. The 3M™ Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun Kit also includes an air control valve that works with the gun controls for quick adjustment across jobs from spot repairs to full panel coverage. This system delivers up to 30 cm (12”) vertical or horizontal spray patterns with very little overspray – one gun for a complete range of applications.
