3M™ Thin Printable Repulpable Single Coated Splicing Tape is an ultra-thin, printable/coatable cover tape which bonds to coated and uncoated grades of paper. Strong kraft bleached paper backing maintains splice integrity through coaters. Repulpable (TAPPI UM-213) adhesive prevents broke contamination from non-repulpable splice material.

3M™ Thin Printable Repulpable Single Coated Splicing Tape has an ultra thin caliper (2.2 mil/0.06 mm) making it a very good option for covering overlap splices as the splice travels through the coater or nip rollers. The strong, kraft-bleached, paper backing of the this tape also accepts inks and coatings and can be used in a range of applications. 3M™ Thin Printable Repulpable Single Coated Splicing Tape holds up under temperatures as high as 350°F (176.6°C) for short periods.
