3M™ Scotchlok™ Female QuickSlide Disconnect 953 t-tap connector is nylon insulated, self-stripping and accepts a 18-14 AWG. It is designed to electrically tap into a wire in mid-span without cutting or stripping the wire. The connector then mates with a .250 inch (6.35 millimeter) male tab, making a reusable quick-connect wiring termination.
3M™ Scotchlok™ Insulation Displacement Connectors 951, 952 and 953 are 600V rated for building wire and 1000V rated for signs, fixtures and luminaires. They withstand temperatures of 221 degrees F (105 degrees C). UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
