3M™ Cold Shrink QS-III 3/C Armoured or Non-Armoured Splice Kits 5797A-MT and 5798A-MT Series are designed for splicing 25/28 kV shielded power cables. The cold shrink design ensures a quick installation and excellent cable size transitions. This armoured or non-armoured splice kit is perfect for use in cable trays, cable racks, junction boxes and cable hangers, as well as aerial and wet or dry locations.
The 3M™ Cold Shrink QS-III 3/C Armoured or Non-Armoured Cable Splice Kit includes three 3M™ Cold Shrink Silicone Rubber Splice Bodies, three 3M™ Cold Shrink Adapter Tubes, two 3M™ Cold Shrink Jacketing Tubes, six 3M™ Red Compound Tubes P55/R, one 3M™ Cable Preparation Kit CC-2, one roll of Scotch® 33+ Vinyl Electrical Tape, four rolls of Scotch® Super 88 Vinyl Electrical Tape, three rolls of 3M™ Scotch-Seal™ Mastic Tape 2229, one roll of Scotch® Electrical Shielding Tape 24, one roll of Scotch® Rubber Mastic Tape 2228, five rolls of 3M™ Armorcast Structural Material, three metallic shield sleeves, six constant force spring shield connectors, one armour-to-armour continuity braid, six strips of copper foil tape, gloves, and an instruction sheet.
