The 3M™ Moulded Rubber Splice Kit is a 25/28 kV class inline splice designed to use on JCN and CN distribution class power cables with aluminum or copper conductors. The kit ensures a greater reliability when each splice is production tested on CN cable.

The 3M™ Moulded Rubber Splice Kit includes 1 CIR 1/0A connector, 1 molded rubber splice body, 1 template and 2 silicone grease packets. The splice body included in this kit is made of specially formulated, peroxide cured EPDM rubber to provide long term sealing. The elongated splice body allows for the removal of up to 6 inches of damaged cable. It has a computer aided design that provides a compact size and optimal distribution of the electrical field. This kit is perfect for inline repair splicing of damaged cable. ANSI Certified and IEEE Approved.
