3M™ Scotchlok™ Female Disconnect is an insulated disconnect which attaches to its mating part by slipping the tongue of the female part over male. It has good corrosion resistance, improved mechanical performance, and is both versatile and easy to use. It has dents and rolled edges to offer good holding force, while allowing for a quick disconnect. The terminal has a vinyl-insulated, butted-seam barrel, and withstands a maximum temperature of 221 degrees Fahrenheit (105 degrees Celsius). Its durable brass construction offers good conductivity and its tin-plated finish resists corrosion. 3M™ Scotchlok™ Female Disconnects are UL Recognized and CSA certified. 3M™ Scotchlok™ Female Disconnects are UL Recognized and CSA certified.
3M™ Scotchlok™ Vinyl Insulated Butted Seam Female Disconnect attaches to the mating part with a tongue that slips over the male tab. It has a butted-seam barrel that is covered by a funnel-designed, rigid-molded, polyvinyl chloride sleeve which serves to guide the wire into position. The polyvinyl chloride sleeve provides electrical contacts and mechanical stress relief at the point of insulation. The vinyl-sleeve insulation is abrasion-resistant and flared to ensure easy crimping. UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
