The 3M™ Motor Lead Splicing Kits 5380 are a series of kits designed for splicing motor lead cables to incoming feeder cables. These kits can accommodate pigtail (stub) connections, 5/8 kV shielded and non-shielded feeders.
The 3M™ Motor Lead Pigtail Splice Kit contains all the necessary materials (except lugs, which are sold separately) needed to make three splices: Three 3M™ Lug Covers, three 3M™ Cold Shrink Terminations, twelve 3M™ Mastic Sealing Strips, three 3M™ Copper Tape Strips, three 3M™ Cleaning Kits, six 3M™ Tubes Silicone Grease, three 3M™ Cold Shrink Jacket Tubes, three 3M™ Constant Force Springs, three 3M™ Cable Ties, three 3M™ Ground Straps and one Instruction Sheet.
