The Scotch-Brite™ High Strength Bonded Cleaning Brush features an aluminum oxide abrasive, great for medium-duty cleaning and polishing. Consisting of circular sections of non-woven material bonded to a cylindrical core, this brush is durable enough to remove burrs but still maintains part geometry.
Non-woven technology makes Scotch-Brite™ Industrial Abrasives unique. A combination of fibre strands, resin, and abrasive mineral forms a thick, open web. The spring-like nature of the fibres responds to contours and effectively removes unwanted burrs, soils, and contaminants while maintaining the geometry of the workpiece, reducing the need for rework. Gaps in the web allow swarf to escape, so debris does not clog the mineral.
