The Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Disc is a very fine grade disc ideal for lightweight deburring and finishing on all types of metals. Moderately conformable, this disc's dense web construction offers increased wear resistance and extended use for applications that require a less aggressive cut, such as cleaning and surface finishing.

Made with very fine grade aluminum oxide mineral, the Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Disc features a high-strength open web construction that combines conformability with durability and cut—so you can deburr quickly and are left with a great finish. When you need something conformable and in a finer grade than Scotch-Brite™ Light Grinding and Blending Disc to lightly clean, scuff, deburr or finish, the Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Disc helps you achieve a smooth, deburred surface without the use of steel wool or wire brushes. In addition to deburring, this versatile disc may be used for surface prep or final finishing. The conformability of Scotch-Brite™ Discs allows you to access hard-to-reach areas, and when the work surface requires broader coverage to reach intricate areas with the outer diameter of the disc, multiple discs can be stacked on a straight shaft tool or bench motor (sold separately). This long-lasting, highly efficient disc is also load-resistant to stand up to prolonged use and can help lower your abrasive costs while increasing productivity.
