3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive Easy Adhesive EZ250120 offers a fast set time and is effective across a wide range of service temperatures. It is ideal for bonding wood and select plastics, including ABS, PVC, and polycarbonate. This all-in-one adhesive and dispenser solution allows for fast, easy clean-up and includes handy accessories to meet all your dispensing needs.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive Easy Adhesive EZ250120 offers the initial fast speed of a hot melt with urethane horse power for added strength. The 100% solids adhesive creates bond lines as thin as .(0.001" to 0.003" or 0.03 mm to 0.08 mm) on wood and is ideal for creating strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing. It contains UV dye to easily visualize bond lines and remove excess squeeze out. Designed with low viscosity, this adhesive should be dispensed with our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Easy 250 Applicator. The adhesive can be kept at optimum temperature by using the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Easy Preheater 250 for easy swap-out. It features a generous 4-minute open time for joining parts together followed by 120 secs to handling strength to allow for subsequent processing.
