It is ideal for bonding wood and select plastics, including ABS, PVC, and polycarbonate. This all-in-one adhesive and dispenser solution allows for fast, easy clean-up and includes handy accessories to meet all your dispensing needs.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive Easy Adhesive EZ250060 offers the initial fast speed of a hot melt with urethane horse power for added strength. The 100% solids adhesive creates bond lines as thin as (0.001" to 0.003" or 0.03 mm to 0.08 mm) on wood and is ideal for creating strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing. It contains UV dye to easily visualize bond lines and remove excess squeeze out. Designed for dispensing with our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Easy Applicator 250, this adhesive can be kept at optimum temperature using the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Easy Preheater 250 for easy swap out. It features a 120-second open time for joining parts together followed by a fast 60 secs to handling strength to allow for subsequent processing.
