A load-resistant coating and open coat construction make this disc good for woodworking applications, because they reduce clogging and extend the life of the abrasive. In fine grades, this disc delivers a superb uniform finish on plastics and clear coat technologies commonly used in the transportation industry. A 3M™ Hookit™ Attachment allows you to firmly attach the disc to a 3M™ Hookit™ Back Up Pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander for optimal performance.
