3M™ Electrical Tape 44 is a low halogen, edge tear resistant, electrical tape suitable for general purpose insulation, as well as anchoring and banding in motors and transformers. The tape is 600V rated and withstands a temperature range of 32 to 266°F (0 to 130°C).

3M™ Composite Film Electrical Tape 44 features a combination of polyester web and polyester film coated with pressure sensitive rubber thermosetting adhesive. This tape is highly resistant to heat, oxidation, solvents, and oils. This excellent dielectric strength tape is tough, puncture resistant and offers outstanding electrical properties. It is ideal for stick wound coils/transformers, as well as protecting start wires, leads, terminal strips, insulation paper and end turns. UL Listed.
