The 3M™ QT-II Cold Shrink Outdoor Termination Kit 5601 includes a 4 skirt, 1 piece termination. It ensures a pliable, tight seal for concentric neutral cables. The conjunction of high dielectric constant material and silicone rubber insulation allows the termination to withstand voltages of 5 to 15kV.
The 3M™ QT-II Cold Shrink Outdoor Termination Kit 5601 consists of a high dielectric constant (Hi-K) stress control tube insulated with a moulded silicone skirted insulator. There is a four-skirt design rated 15 kV, six-skirt design rated 25/28 kV, and an eight-skirt design rated 35kV. They are provided in an expanded state, mounted on a removable inner supporting plastic core.
