It is flame retardant and is used for tape and parallel splicing. This connector features a maximum insulation O.D. diameter of .145 inch (3.5 mm). It is rated at 600 volts and features an insulation temperature rating of 194 degrees Fahrenheit (90 degrees Celsius). The suggested application tool for the 3M™ Scotchlok™ Electrical Insulation Displacement Connector, 804, is the 3M™ Scotchlok™ Crimping Tool, E-9BM.
3M™ Scotchlok™ Insulation Displacement Connector 567 is 600V rated for building wire and 1000V rated for signs, fixtures and luminaires. The connector withstands temperatures of 221 degrees F (105 degrees C). UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
