3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 30 is an unsupported, thermosetting film adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals and high strength plastic laminates (epoxy and phenolic).

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 30 features high shear strength and high peel strength combined with excellent flexibility and toughness. It has excellent retention of strength after aging in many environments. This film has high adhesion to most metals including aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, cadmium, nickel, brass and others (high pressure must be used). It is extremely low flow. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 30 can be pressure, heat or solvent-tacked in position.
