3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 71D90 is intended for use in aerosol cleaning formulations. The excellent solvency of 3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 71D90 makes it an ideal addition to your formulations. 3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 71D90 does not have a closed cup flashpoint but will need to be diluted with an inerting agent to make your formulations non-flammable for aerosol applications. 3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 71D90 is not recommended for use in vapour degreasing or cold cleaning baths as evaporation may change the composition of the fluid.
