The 3M™ Double Coated Tape 9832 provides high initial adhesion and good holding power on a variety of substrates. The thin, polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability and improved handling during slitting and die cutting. It is commonly used on particle board, melamine, HPL, wood, plywood, plastics, and foam.
3M™ Double Coated Tape 9832 is a 4.8-mil (0.12 mm) two-sided tape with a double-coated high tack adhesive on a polycoated kraft paper liner with a polyester carrier. It provides strong initial adhesion and good holding power on a variety of substrates, and has medium temperature resistance.

- For use on particle board, melamine, HPL, wood, plywood, plastics and foam
- Used for splicing, adhering, joining, affixing, bonding, mounting, holding and attaching dissimilar materials
- Ideal for high speed flying splices and zero speed splices on most grades of paper, including newsprint, clay coated and corrugated stocks
