The 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7957MP features 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP, formulated for excellent shear strength, on a 3 mil (0.08 mm) PET film carrier. This adhesive withstands repeated switch actuation and forms neat, clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. Double PCK paper liners resist humidity, curling, tunneling and buckling, and add stability for improved sheet processing.
3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP is a popular choice and industry standard, for graphic attachment and general industrial joining applications. This adhesive helps provide initial repositionability for placement accuracy when bonding to plastics. It also performs well after exposure to humidity and hot/cold cycles. This tape features up to 400°F short-term heat resistance, excellent solvent resistance and shear strength to help resist slippage and edge lifting.
