The 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7961MP features 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP, formulated for excellent shear strength, on a 7 mil (0.28 mm) PET film carrier. This adhesive withstands repeated switch actuation and forms neat, clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. Double PCK paper liners resist humidity, curling, tunneling and buckling, and add stability for improved sheet processing.
The 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7961MP has a 2 mil (0.05 mm) 200MP high performance acrylic adhesive double coated on each side of a 7 mil (0.18 mm) polyester film. With excellent moisture, high temperature and solvent resistance, the easy to apply 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7961MP is ideal for circuit separation in switches until actuation.
