3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FLS 2530 is a moulded grade, intermediate viscosity copolymer with 69% fluorine. This product offers excellent compression set resistance and improved chemical resistance compared with lower percent fluorine fluoropolymers.

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FLS 2530 is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum.
