3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5620Q is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene with a fluorine content of 65.9%. This fluoroelastomer (FKM) is the low-viscosity version of 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5640Q used in transfer and injection moulding, extrusion and calendering. It offers improved scorch resistance at high moulding temperatures.
3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5620Q offers excellent mould release, meaning it can be used in automated injection molding equipment. Additionally, it features an improved proprietary incorporated cure technology that results in a more consistent part size from successive molding cycles.
