3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE TF 1620 is a semi-free flowing powder grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) that’s ideal for molding of billets for skived films greater than 200 µm, shaped parts sheet stock, and thinner walled articles. This PTFE offers broad chemical resistance and an excellent operating temperature range between -328°F (-200°C) and 500°F (260°C).

Polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as PTFE, is used as an indispensable problem solver. Often used in a broad variety of challenging applications from harsh industrial environments through architectural design elements to household applications, PTFE is selected for its technical excellence and reliability. Fluoropolymers like 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE TF 1620 are outstanding materials, created by the presence and dominance of fluorine. Fluorine imparts special properties to fluoropolymers that make the difference for the polymer and the application.
