3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2230 is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene with a 65.9% fluorine content. This fluoroelastomer (FKM) is used for property modification and is suitable for compression moulding, extrusion, calendering and coatings. It is a medium-viscosity raw gumstock that is curable with amine or bisphenol-type curing agents.

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2230 has a number of attributes that make it suitable for compression molding, extrusion, calendering and coatings. The raw gum can be used to adjust physical properties and processability, e.g. crosslink density and viscosity
