3M™ T Handle Clutch Roller helps technicians ensure consistent wet out of 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape. This tape roller features a spring-loaded brake that allows the 100 mm wide roller to operate only when sufficient pressure is applied. The spring can be tuned by 3M for specific OEM applications to ensure consistent 15 PSI at bondline for optimal adhesion and appearance.

3M™ T Handle Clutch Roller is designed to ensure you get the tape on correctly the first time. This lightweight, easy-to-use tool is specifically designed for use with 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tapes. It features an extremely smooth-operating padded roller with a spring-loaded, clutch-style brake that holds it in place when not in use. This clutch will only allow the roller to turn freely when the operator applies the correct pressure on the spring to generate a consistent 15 PSI at the bondline all but ensuring optimal wet out of the foam acrylic tape adhesive to the automotive substrate for maximum adhesion and a sharp, professional appearance. The clutch roller can be pre-tuned by 3M™ to match specific OEM specifications.
