The 3M™ Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 is a fast drying and heat curable plastic adhesive, producing bonds with high strength, and high resistance to weathering, water, oil, and fuel. It is excellent for bonding most vinyl extrusions and sheeting, as well as many fabrics.
