The 3M™ Neoprene High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive 1300 is an industrial solvent-based adhesive. It offers high immediate strength and good heat resistance, and is commonly used for bonding most rubber and gasket materials.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Rubber And Gasket Adhesive 1300 has high immediate strength and good heat resistance. It is a industrial adhesive that can be used for bonding most rubber and gasketing materials to most metal, baked enamel, wood, plastics and neoprene, SBR, and butyl rubber.
