3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive Adhesive TE100 offers the initial fast speed of a hot melt with urethane horse power for added strength. The single-component adhesive creates very thin bond lines (0.001" to 0.003" or 0.03 mm to 0.08 mm) on wood and is ideal for creating strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing. Designed for dispensing with our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane PUR Easy Applicator 250, this 100% solids adhesive can be kept at optimum temperature using the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy Preheater 250 for easy swap-out. It features a 120-second open time for joining parts together followed by 60 secs to handling strength to allow for subsequent processing. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive Adhesives are single-component, moisture-curing urethane adhesives that are applied warm to create dramatically strong bonds to a variety of substrates such as wood, fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) and many other plastics to themselves, to metal, and to glass.
