3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 LS White is a thermosetting epoxy that is developed as an excellent product for surfacing composites, where its smooth, void-free surface with minimal pinholes reduces the need for subsequent surface fill or finishing and pre-paint prep. It includes copper mesh for lightning strike protection.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 LS is a low-density film that provides excellent temperature range performance from -67°F (-55°C) to 300°F (149°C) for applications required in the aerospace industry. This surfacing film is available in both white and blue, which provides colour contrast to underlying composite prepreg. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 LS is co-cure compatible with most epoxy composite prepreg systems at both 250°F (121°C) and 350°F (177°C). For surfacing applications, this product provides a smooth surface with minimal pinholes and other surface imperfections, which reduces the need for subsequent surface filling, fairing and sanding operations. Its low-density formulation aids in pre-paint surface preparation.
