3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material – 8986 NFPA Fluorescent Red-orange Flame Resistant Fabric is composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to a fabric. It is designed to be sewn onto fabrics, such as knit T-shirts, sweatshirts, and outerwear for certified flame resistant applications.
