3M™ Novec™ Flux Remover is a strong, non-flammable cleaner ideal for removal of a wide variety of solder fluxes used in electronic manufacturing and repair - including rosin-based and many no-clean and lead-free fluxes.
3M™ Novec™ Flux Remover is non-flammable, non-ozone depleting, has low global warming potential and does not contain any hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or n-propyl bromide (nPB). An effective cleaning solvent offering aqueous degreasing.
Suggested applications
- Compatible with most plastics, with the exception of acrylics, polycarbonates, ABS and PS
- 3M™ Novec™ Flux Remover is optimized for both compliance with the CARB VOC limits and high performance because it does not resort to increased use of inert propellants (dilution) in order to achieve compliance
